滇西产28种药用植物抗疟活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究28种滇西产药用植物抗疟活性,为发现植物来源的新型抗疟天然产物奠定基础。方法采用75%乙醇和水依次对28种药用植物进行热回流提取,利用β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制实验,对28种滇西产药用植物进行抗疟活性筛选,以IC50对其活性结果进行评价。结果姜花、三棵针、千斤拔等13种植物粗提物具有不同程度的β-羟高铁血红素形成抑制活性;其中姜花水提物的活性较好,IC50值为(1033.0±41.2)μg·mL^-1;具有抗疟活性的植物种类涉及11个科、13个属。结论姜花、三棵针、千斤拔等13种植物具有一定的抗疟活性,值得后续深入研究。 Objective To determine the antimalarial activity of 28 herbal medicines in west Yunnan, and to provide a scientific basis for the discovery of novel antimalarial drugs from plants. Methods Air dried plants were extracted by reflux method with 75% ethanol and water, successively. Subsequently, the antimalarial activity of the crude extracts was tested by β-hematin formation inhibition assay, and the bioactive results were evaluated by IC50 values. Results Hedychium coronarium, Berberis pruinosa, Flemingia prostrata, and another 10 testing herbs from 11 families and 13 genera showed moderate or weak β-hematin formation inhibition activities. The water extract of Hedychium coronarium with IC50 values of(1033.0±41.2)μg·mL……-1 showed stronger activity than that of others. Conclusion The antimalarial activity of 13 plants including Hedychium coronarium, Berberis pruinosa, Flemingia prostrata have potential values for deeper research.
