摘要
目的探索可读性药学信息服务系统的设计,为全程化药学服务模式的开展提供一定的参考。方法发挥药师专长,通过信息查询和信息推送两种途径优化传统处方集系统。采用点击量、咨询量、临床和门诊药房满意度评价应用效果。结果信息查询界面友好,实现了药学信息的可读。目前日均查询量由之前的500余次提升至1300余次,月均咨询量由之前的140余次提升至300余次,临床调查满意度提高4.4%。信息通过多途径推送,确保患者用药合理、安全、有效。目前日均发送短信提醒1000余份,患者对门诊药房的满意度提升6.2%。结论该药学信息服务系统体现了药师服务的价值,让医院药学走向精细化服务的道路。
Objective To explore the design of the readable pharmaceutical information service system, and to provide a reference for the development of full-scale pharmacy service mode. Methods The traditional prescription system was optimized with information inquiry and information push by pharmacist expertise. The application effect was evaluated from click volume, consultation volume, clinical and outpatient pharmacy satisfaction. Results The information query interface was user friendly, with good readability of pharmacy information. At present, the average daily inquiry volume increased from more than 500 times to more than 1300 times. The monthly average consultation volume increased from more than 140 times to more than 300 times, and the clinical survey satisfaction increased by 4.4%. Information was pushed in multiple ways to ensure the rational, safe, and effective use of drugs. Currently, more than 1000 reminders were sent by SMS every day, and patients’ satisfaction with outpatient pharmacies has increased by 6.2%. Conclusion The pharmaceutical information service system embodies the value of pharmacist service and helps refine the hospital pharmaceutical service.
