摘要 近年来,随着国家经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的日益提高,人们对房屋建筑的品质需求越来越高。同时,随着人口老龄化和城镇化推进,装配式建筑标准化设计、工厂化生产、一体化装修、装配化施工、信息化管理等有利于提高质量、节约能源、绿色环保等特点,同时应用BIM技术的三维可视化、协同性、模拟性保障装配式预制构件在工程现场安装的准确性,得到国家政策支持、行业大力推广和广大消费者的认可。 in recent years, with the rapid development of national economy and the increasing improvement of people's living standards, people's demand for the quality of housing construction is gening higher and higher.
