师范生学习素养:内涵、结构与现状——基于省属师范院校本科师范生抽样调查的分析 被引量:5

Learning Competencies of Normal Students: Connotation, Structure and Status Quo A Sampling Survey Based on Undergraduate Students of Province-run Normal Universities

摘要 师范生学习素养是师范生为应对社会发展、教育变革及教师终身可持续专业发展的要求而在职前教师教育阶段表现出的综合性学习品质。面向省属师范院校本科师范生的抽样调查发现:师范生学习素养主要表现在四个维度:对教师专业学习(简称"学教")内容与有效方法的目标意识,对掌握有效"学教"方法的自我效能感,积极投入、主动规划和克服困难、寻求资源的"学教"准备,以及认同专业学习价值、自我负责的学习责任感;当前本科师范生学习素养总体状况良好但仍待提升,需深入推进教师教育改革。 Pre-service learning competencies of normal students refer to the comprehensive abilities which are to answer the call of social development, educational revolution and teacher’s life-long sustainable development. Based on the sampling survey of normal undergraduates from province-run normal universities, the study discovers: the learning qualities mainly embody in four aspects, namely, the objective sense, the self-efficacy, the "learning and teaching" readiness as well as the responsibility for learning, the overall situation of normal students’ learning competencies is favorable, but it still needs improving. Consequently, the teacher education reform requires further promotion.
