师范院校课堂教学的人才培养能力提升研究

Research on the Improvement of Talent Cultivation Ability Through Classroom Teaching in Normal Universities

摘要 课堂教学是高校人才培养的核心环节,基于课堂教学改革提高人才培养能力是师范院校培养应用型人才之要义。师范院校的课堂教学要紧跟基础教育变革趋势,明确人才培养定位、创新教育教学方法,变革课堂教学形式,强化实践技能培养。教师始终要以产出导向、以质量为标准,推动教学从"教得好"向"学得好"转变,提高人才培养规格与质量。 Classroom teaching holds the core of talent cultivation in universities, and on the basis of classroom teaching reform, improving talent cultivation ability is the key to train application-oriented talents in normal universities. The keynote contains: the close followance of the trend of the basic education reform, the specification of the talent training orientation, the innovation of teaching methods, the revolution of the classroom teaching form and the forcification of practical skills training. With production and quality as the orientation, teachers should promote the transformation of teaching from "well teaching" to "well learning" so as to improve the standard and quality of talent cultivation.
