Relationship Construction Between Graduates and Supervisors in the New Era: A Study Based on Moral Education

导师与研究生的关系是研究生教育全过程中重要的师生关系,立德树人是教育的核心要务。建构基于立德树人的新型研究生导生关系,将为提高研究生教育质量、促进“双一流”建设提供重要的保障。文章以导师立德树人职责的演进作为和谐导生关系建构的前提,进一步分析了导生关系的社会认知及存在等方面的现实问题,并从研究生思想政治教育的视角,提出基于立德树人的导生关系建构的思路与建议。

The relationship between supervisors and graduates is an important teacher-student relationship in the whole process of graduate education.Meanwhile,moral education is the core task of education.The construction of a new supervisor-graduate relationship based on moral education will provide an important guarantee for improving the quality of graduate education and promoting the achievement of“double first-class”initiative.This paper takes the development of teachers’moral educational duties as the premise of building a harmonious supervisor-graduate relationship,and further analyzes the social cognition and three practical problems of the supervisor-postgraduate relationship.Then,from the perspective of graduates’ideological and political education,some methods and suggestions for building a new supervisor-graduate relationship in the new era based on moral education are put forward.
