摘要
近些年来,循环泵变频技术在空调机房得到了广泛的应用,为了让学生深入理解循环泵变频的基本原理及运行特性,采用PLC与变频器联合控制水泵技术,该文设计搭建了一个小型循环泵变频教学实验台。该实验台引入PLC、变频器、传感器以及触摸屏技术,设计了以PLC为控制核心、人机界面(HMI)为上位机的水泵变频控制系统,通过远程/本地切换,实现了循环水泵的变频调速以及对压力、流量,功率值的测定,同时也可以对反馈的压力、流量值进行多段调速。实验台可用于后期的实验与教学,培养学生动手实践的能力,激发学生的创新思维和意识,并全面提升学生的独立实验能力以及工程应用能力。
In recent years,the frequency conversion technology of circulating pump has been widely used in air conditioning room. In order to let students understand the basic principle and operation characteristics of frequency conversion circulating pump,PLC and frequency converter are combined to control water pump technology and a small circulating pump frequency conversion teaching is built. The test bench introduces PLC,frequency converter,sensor and touch screen technology and designs the water pump frequency conversion control system with PLC as the control core and human machine interface(HMI) as the upper computer. Through remote/local switching,the variable frequency speed regulation of the circulating water pump and the measurement of pressure,flow and power values are realized. At the same time,the pressure and flow values of the feedback can be adjusted in multiple stages. The experimental platform can be used for later experiments and teaching,to develop students’ hands-on practical ability to stimulate students’ innovative thinking and awareness and comprehensively enhance students’ independent experimental ability and engineering application ability.
