磁共振新技术对肝纤维化诊断的研究进展

Progress of new MRI techniques in diagnosis of liver fibrosis

肝纤维化是各种慢性肝病的损伤愈合反应,早期诊治肝纤维化对病情逆转颇为重要,准确的肝纤维化分期有助于临床制定治疗方案、评估病情预后及防治并发症。近年来,各种无创性磁共振成像新技术为肝纤维化的临床诊治打开了新视角。本文主要综述近年来磁共振成像新技术对肝纤维化分期的研究进展。

Liver fibrosis is an injured and healing reaction of various chronic liver diseases. Early diagnosis and treatment plays an important role in the halt of the progression.Accurate liver fibrosis staging is helpful for formulation plan of treatment, evaluation of prognosis and prevention and treatment of complications. Recently, there are new perspectives for diagnosis and treatment from multiple new non-invasive magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) techniques. This paper aims to review the recent progress of new MRI techniques for staging liver fibrosis.
