莒山矿综采工作面超前支护研究与应用

摘要 以莒山矿f3101工作面回风顺槽为工程背景,通过理论与矿压监测数据综合分析,确定了超前支护参数及超前支护距离,并在此基础上确定选用3×ZQL2×3500/15/30型窄型分体式超前支架组进行超前支护。实践表明该超前支架组有效维护了巷道作业空间安全,具有良好的安全技术经济效益。 Based on the engineering background of the air return parallel groove of f3101 working face in Jushan mine, through the comprehensive analysis of the theory and the monitoring data of the mine pressure, the preceding supportparameters and the distance are determined. According to the results, the 3×ZQL2×3500/15/30 narrow split type group is selected for the preceding support . The practice shows that the pre-support group effectively maintains the safety of the working space of the roadway, and has good technical and economic benefits.
