基于DEA的皖江城市带物流系统效率评价

Efficiency Evaluation of Urban Logistics System in Wanjiang Economic Belt Based on DEA

为提高皖江城市带物流系统效率,对经济带中8个城市2013-2017年的物流投入产出数据进行研究,借助三阶段DEA模型对物流业纯技术效率和规模效率、综合效率进行衡量和评价。研究表明,皖江城市带纯技术效率出现一定程度的上升,规模效率出现一定程度的下降,物流效率受外部环境因素影响显著,且由于投入产出不平衡导致皖江城市带地区间的物流效率差异大。基于此现状,皖江城市城市带物流业发展仍有提升空间,有待于进一步调整提升效率,实现物流效率最优化。

In order to improve the efficiency of the logistics system in Wanjiang economic city belt, this paper makes use of the logistics input-output data of 8 cities in Wanjiang economic city belt, and uses the three-stage DEA model to measure and evaluate the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of the logistics industry. The research shows that the pure technical efficiency of Wanjiang economic city belt has increased to a certain extent, the scale efficiency has decreased to a certain extent, the logistics efficiency has been significantly affected by external environmental factors, and the logistics efficiency between Wanjiang economic city belt areas has been greatly different due to the input-output imbalance. Based on this situation, there is still room for improvement in the development of logistics industry in Wanjiang economic city belt, to be further adjusted to improve efficiency, logistics efficiency optimization.
