摘要
通过网络爬虫技术获取上海中心城区餐饮网点数据,采取自适应半径核密度估计与SPSS等方法,探究上海中心城区餐饮网点的空间格局及其影响机理。研究发现:空间格局上看,中心城区餐饮网点总体呈“多中心”式分布格局;从餐饮网点类型来看,小吃快餐和面包甜点总量最多;从人均餐饮消费来看,餐饮高消费区主要分布在古北区域、衡山路—复兴路历史风貌区、陆家嘴等区域。中心城区总体及高中低档餐饮网点空间分布均与大型商场、商务楼宇呈显著正相关;高档餐饮网点与旅游资源,低档餐饮网点与路网密度及居民住宅分布相关性显著。
In the process of promoting high-quality development and creating high-quality life in Shanghai, catering, as an important part of the life of the urban residents, plays an important role. This paper obtains the data of catering outlets in central city of Shanghai through web crawler technology, and it explores the spatial pattern and impact mechanism of the catering outlets by adaptive radius kernel density estimation and SPSS methods. In terms of spatial pattern, the overall catering outlets in the central city have a “multi-center” distribution pattern;from the perspective of the types of catering outlets, the snack snacks and bread desserts are the largest;from the perspective of per capita food consumption, the high-consumption areas are mainly distributed in the Gubei area, the Hengshan Road-Fuxing Road Historic District and Lujiazui. In terms of influence mechanism, the spatial distribution of catering outlets in central urban area is positively correlated with large shopping malls and commercial buildings, while that of high-grade catering outlets is positively correlated with tourism resources, and that of low-grade catering outlets is significantly correlated with road network density and residential housing distribution.
