城市空间生产中的土地伦理观照

A Study on Land Ethics in Urban Spatial Production

美国生态主义学者利奥波德的土地伦理思想被广泛运用在人地关系的研究中,该理论运用于城市研究中也十分合理。城市空间生产中对于土地价值的单一性取向、对于土地权利的漠视以及对于公共空间的压缩显然是对土地伦理的违背。应树立整体发展的城市发展思路,尊重土地权利,发掘城市土地的多重价值,并通过城市规划和城市治理将土地伦理思想贯穿于城市空间生产的全过程。

The land ethics thought of American ecologist Leopold is widely used in the study of man-land relationship, and it is also very reasonable to apply this theory to urban research. In the production of urban space, the unitary orientation of land value, the neglect of land rights and the compression of public space are obviously on contrary to land ethics. We should set up the train of thought of urban development as a whole, to respect land rights, to explore the multiple values of urban land, and to run through the whole process of urban spatial production through urban planning and urban governance.
