北京文化产业的现状分析与发展建议

Analysis of Beijing Cultural Industry and Suggestions for Its Development

文化中心建设是实现北京“四个中心”首都功能的重要部分。文化中心功能的实现需要文化产业的发展壮大,文化产业的发展也能进一步有力支撑北京城市经济的发展。统计数据显示,虽然北京的文化产业发展取得了较好的成果,但文化产业的发展现状与实现“文化中心”的首都功能依然存在差距。当前北京的文化产业发展既存在重大机遇,也面临着若干亟待突破的问题,建议从鼓励文化创新融合、突破产业发展模式、实现政府与市场合理分工合作以及满足人才需求等方面,进一步推动文化产业发展。

The construction of cultural center is an important part of realizing capital functions for Beijing. The realization of cultural center requires the development of the cultural industry, and the development of cultural industry can further support Beijing’s urban economics. According to the statistical data that the current situation of Beijing’s cultural industry is not good enough to support capital function although it has achieved many good results. At present, there are both major opportunities for the development of cultural industry in Beijing, as well as a number of problems that need to be broken. It is suggested to further promote the development of cultural industry from the aspects of encouraging cultural innovation, breaking through development model, realizing the rational division of labor between the government and the market, and meeting the needs of human resources.
