摘要
通过对12Cr2Mo1R、TP140V、P110、HP295、N80Q等几种常用的石油管材开展的不同温度下高温拉伸性能测试,获得了其强度与塑性变化规律。研究发现,同种材料不同温度下,材料的抗拉和屈服强度都随着温度升高而下降。上述实验数据可为油气井管材现场应用提供数据支撑。
In this paper,the tensile properties of 12Cr2Mo1R,TP140V,P110,HP295,N80Q and other commonly used petroleum pipes were tested at different high temperatures to get their strength and plasticity. It was found that the tensile strength and yield strength of the same material decreased with the increase of temperature at different temperatures. The above experimental data can provide support for the field application of pipe in oil and gas wells.
