摘要
用石英毛细管柱,在检测波长为270nm,分离电压为17kV,压力进样5kpa×5s,操作温度为25℃,缓冲溶液为50mmol/L四硼酸钠-乙腈(pH=8.85)条件下通过HPCE法测定塞北紫堇中的原阿片碱的含量,精密度、稳定性、重复性好,结果呈良好的线性关系。该方法的可用于测定塞北紫堇中的原阿片碱的含量。
The protopine in Corydalis impatien was determined by HPCE where the quartz capillary column with a detection wavelength of 270 nm, a separation voltage of 17 kV, a pressure injection of 5 kpa×5s, an operating temperature of 25℃, and a buffer solution of 50 mmol/L sodium tetraborate-acetonitrile (pH=8.85). Results showed the protopine was a good linear relationship. The method has good precision, stability and repeatability and can be used to determine the content of protopine.
