带宽对汽车同步带空气流动噪声的影响研究

摘要 针对RU型汽车同步带,运用一维声场理论建立了空气流动噪声的管道声场模型,分析了空气流动噪声的产生机理及其影响因素,得出了带宽对噪声声压的影响规律;并针对带宽分别为10mm、20mm和25mm的同步带,进行了两轮无负载同步带噪声试验,研究了带宽对同步带空气流动噪声的影响规律,验证了所建立的理论模型的正确性。 In this paper, the acoustic field model of air flow noise is established based on the theory of one dimensional sound field for the RU type automobile synchronous belt, the mechanism of air flow noise and its influence factors are analyzed, and the influence of bandwidth on noise pressure is obtained;the two load synchronous belt noise tests for the bandwidth of 10mm, 20mm and 25mm of the synchronous belt are done. The influence of the bandwidth on the air flow noise of the synchronous belt is studied, and the correctness of the theoretical model is verified.
