Translation Activities from the Perspective of Bourdieu’s Sociological Theory

In contemporary sociological thought, the famous French sociologist and thinker Bourdieu undoubtedly occupies a unique and special position. Field, habitus and capital are the three core concepts of Bourdieu's social practice theory. From these three core concepts, the essay explores translation activities from a sociological perspective and analyses their sociological value from the perspective of translation strategies. His thought and theory not only promoted the great reform of theory and method in academia, but also raised the traditional sociological theory and methodology to a new level.
