随着国际市场的快速发展,社会对于英语人才需求量也逐渐增大,英语专业复合型人才培养受到高校和社会的共同关注。传统英语教学模式受应试教育影响,教学内容单一,不能有效提高学生的英语学习兴趣,已经无法满足当今社会对英语专业人才的需求。通识教育打破了传统教学模式,能够创新英语课堂,培养更符合时代需求的英语专业复合型人才。

Therefore, the cultivation of compound talents for English majors has attracted the common attention of universities and society. The traditional English teaching mode is influenced by exam-oriented education so that the teaching content is single. It can not improve students' interest in English learning and can not meet the needs of English professionals in today's society.
