长期照护保险的服务体系建设与经办管理研究

近年来,我国长期照护服务机构数量增加,但整体上养老床位利用率低,业务经办模式缺乏效率,不能满足目前的长期照护服务需求。借鉴英国和德国经验,我国应完善长期照护服务体系建设,加强从业人员培训,建立服务质量评估制度并采取市场竞争的方式促进经办机构提高服务质量。

In recent years, the number of long-term care service institutions in China has increased, but the overall utilization rate of old-age beds has been low, and the business management mode is inefficient, which cannot meet the current demand for long-term care services. Drawing on the experience of UK and Germany, China should improve the construction of long-term care service system, strengthen the training of employees, establish a service quality assessment system and adopt market competition to promote the service quality of the operators.
