Integration and Practice of Educational Resources with Community Characteristics——Taking Wuxi City as an Example

丰富的社区教育资源能够为广大居民提供选择的机会和权利,尤其是富有“本土特色”的社区教育资源,更能保障社区居民学习意愿的顺利达成,满足社区居民日益增长的个性化精神文化需求。以无锡市为研究对象,通过分析社区特色教育资源供给和需求的不平衡问题,为无锡市社区教育凸显“特色”、彰显城市文化底蕴助力。

Abundant community education resources can provide opportunities and rights for the majority of residents. Especially the community education resources with "local characteristics", can better ensure the smooth realization of community residents’ learning will, and meet the growing needs of community residents for individualized spirit and culture. Taking Wuxi City as the research object, this paper analyzes the imbalance between the supply and demand of community characteristic education resources, and promotes Wuxi community education to highlight "characteristics" and the urban cultural connotation.
