中高等职业院校背景的产业工人素质提升研究

Research on the Quality Improvement of Industrial Workers with the Background of Middle and Higher Vocational Colleges

分析与研究产业工人群体的职业素质现状,发现中高等职业院校背景的产业工人具备较为端正的思想道德观念、自身需要更加多元、技能水平有待结构性优化、社会责任感有待进一步提升、主动学习意识有待加强。据此提出构建产业工人、企业、政府和中高等职业院校四方协同配合,共同推进素质提升路径图,从而促进区域先进制造业发展,加快产业转型升级发展。

This paper analyzes and studies the present situation of the professional quality of industrial workers, and finds that the industrial workers with the background of Middle and Higher Vocational Colleges have more correct ideological and moral concepts, need more diversification, skills level needs structural optimization, the sense of social responsibility needs to be further improved, and the awareness of active learning needs to be strengthened. On this basis, the paper puts forward the road map of constructing the four sides of industrial workers, enterprises, the government and the Middle and Higher Vocational Colleges to jointly promote the quality improvement, so as to promote the development of regional advanced manufacturing industry and speed up the development of industrial transformation and upgrading.
