高校大型活动全媒体融合传播模式探究

摘要 结合全媒体融合传播理论、议程设置理论,以南京城市职业学院2019届学生毕业典礼为例,对高校大型活动举办的全流程进行梳理,提出各类高校大型活动的主办方应以融合传播思维来贯穿活动的主办组织过程,对全流程进行梳理组织优化,主动利用多种媒介手段开展融合传播,做好场内传播与场外传播。通过全媒体融合传播,让大型活动的场内现场受众和场外受众都能有效被覆盖,实现传播效果的最大化,以期高校大型活动举办价值的最大化。 Combining with the theory of all-media fusion communication and the agenda setting theory, taking 2019 graduation ceremony of Nanjing City Vocational College as an example, this paper combs the whole process of holding large-scale activities in colleges and universities, and puts forward that the organizers of large-scale events in colleges and universities should run through the organization process of the activities by integrating communication thinking. Organize and optimize the whole process, take the initiative to use a variety of media means to carry out fusion communication, and organize on-site communication and off-site communication. Through integration and communication of all media, the on-site audience and off-site audience of large-scale events can be effectively covered, and the communication effect can be maximized, in order to maximize the value of large-scale events in Colleges and Universities.
