地方高校“八维一体”音乐教育资源配置共同体的路径研究

我国地方高校拥有丰富的音乐教育资源,并且地方高校在开展音乐教育的过程中具有引领文化、传承文化、发展文化的作用以及学科研究、人才培养、社会服务的功能。同时,我国文化的繁荣发展需要地方高校音乐教育资源的支持。地方高校音乐教育要实现立德树人的根本任务,需根据音乐教育工作开展的实际情况与特点,遵循音乐教育规律,建立“八维一体”音乐教育资源配置共同体。本文首先对教育资源、高校音乐教育资源等概念进行界定,其次分析地方高校音乐教育资源配置存在的问题,最后探讨建立地方高校“八维一体”音乐教育资源配置共同体的具体路径。

Local colleges and universities in our country enjoy abundant education resources. During the process of conducting music education, local colleges and universities have a role in leading, inheriting, developing culture and play a role in subject research、talent cultivation and social services. At the same time, culture development and flourishing of our country need the support of local colleges and universities music education resources. In order to achieve the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people, music education in local colleges and universities shall establish eight-dimensional integration music educaion resources community in accordance with actual situation and characters of conducting music education work and music education rules. Firstly, the thesis starts to define concepts of educaiton resources、local colleges and universities music educaion resources and so on. Next, it analyzes problems exsit in music educaiton resources allocation in local colleges and universities. In the end, it discusses method of establishing local colleges and universities “Eight-dimensional Integration”music educaion resources allocation community.
