结构粘钢胶高温后的力学性能试验研究

Experimental study on mechanical properties of structural adhesive for steel after high temperature

摘要 设计制作了48个粘钢试件,分别对试件施加不同温度后恢复至室温,开展了抗剪强度拉拔试验。结果表明:施加温度超过275℃后,粘钢胶的抗剪力学性能急剧下降。 Forty-eight bonded steel specimens were designed and manufactured,and the specimens were restored to room temperature after different temperatures were applied respectively,and the shear strength pull-out tests were carried out. The results showed that the shear mechanical properties of the adhesive decreased sharply after the application temperature exceeded 275 ℃.
