摘要 海洋面积约占地球面积的2/3,具有丰富的资源储备。海上风能与陆地风能相比,海上风电具有风力稳定平稳、海域范围广、噪声污染小等优点,发展前景广阔。海上风电基础是制约海上风电发展的重要因素,开发适用于海上风电的新型基础型式刻不容缓。针对这一问题,对海上风能的发展、风机基础型式、不同基础型式的适用范围等问题进行了论述。 The ocean area accountedfor about two-thirds of earth’s area,and it had abundant resources reserves,comparedwith the wind energy on land,offshore wind power had table wind power,widearea of sea area,small noise pollution and other advantages,had widedevelopment prospects,the offshore wind power foundation was an importantfactor that restricted the offshore wind power development,it is urgent todevelop a new basic type suitable for offshore wind power. In view of thisproblem,discussed the development of offshore wind energy,the fan base type,and the application range of different foundation types and other problems.
