摘要
为了达到水泥混凝土路面快速修复开放交通的目的,通过添加聚合物改性剂提高水泥混凝土早期强度,以混凝土抗压强度为评价指标,应用正交试验方法确定了两种改性剂的最佳掺量。结果表明所试验快速修补水泥混凝土早期强度能够满足快速开放交通的要求,同时也能满足其工作性要求。
In order to achieve the goal of rapid repairing and opening traffic of cement concrete pavement,the early strength of cement concrete was improved by adding polymer modifier. The compressive strength of concrete was taken as the evaluation index,and the optimum dosage of two modifiers was determined by orthogonal test method. The results show that the early strength of fast repairing cement concrete can meet the requirements of fast open traffic and workability.
