某系杆拱桥施工支架设计及受力验算浅析

摘要 结合某系杆拱桥先梁后拱的施工方案,对其系杆和横梁采用满堂支架与贝雷梁支架相组合的支架体系进行了设计和受力验算。利用MIDAS有限元软件建立该支架体系所用的碗扣支架立杆模型、工字钢分配梁模型、贝雷梁支架模型、工字钢横梁模型和钢管桩模型等,并按照最新荷载组合原理进行了相应的加载分析,计算结果表明各模型在最不利荷载作用下的强度、刚度和稳定性均能满足相关规范和施工的要求。表明该工程设计的组合支架体系方案是科学合理的,可为同类工程施工提供一定参考。 In this paper,based on the construction scheme of a tied arch bridge with first beam and then arch,the supporting system of tied rod and cross beam using the combination of full hall bracket and Bailey beam bracket is designed and checked. MIDAS finite element software was used to establish the bowl-buckle bracket upright pole model,I-beam distribution model,Bailey beam bracket model,I-beam model and steel pipe pile model for the bracket system,and the corresponding loading analysis was carried out according to the latest load combination principle. The results show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the models under the most unfavorable loads can meet the requirements of relevant codes and construction. It shows that the scheme of combined support system designed by this project is scientific and reasonable,which can provide some reference and guidance for similar projects.
