舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚对小面积微创吸脂手术麻醉的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of sufentanil combined with propofol on small area minimally invasive liposuction surgery anesthesia

目的探讨在小面积微创吸脂手术中应用舒芬太尼与丙泊酚进行复合的麻醉效果.方法选取2017年4月~2018年9月于我院进行小面积微创吸脂手术的86例患者,将其按照随机的方法均分为对照组(43例)与实验组(43例).对照组患者给予瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚复合应用,而实验组则给予舒芬太尼与丙泊酚,将两组患者麻醉前和麻醉时的MAP、心率进行比较,比较两组的麻醉效果及两组恶心呕吐、呼吸抑制、术后躁动等并发症的发生情况.结果在麻醉前,两组患者的MAP及心率均无显著差异(P>0.05);在麻醉时,对照组的MAP及心率低于实验组(P<0.05);对照组的麻醉总有效率(69.77%)低于实验组(90.70%)(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率(23.26%)高于实验组(6.98%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在小面积微创吸脂手术中应用舒芬太尼与丙泊酚复合麻醉的效果较为良好,可维持术中患者的生命体征,降低术后患者恶心呕吐等并发症发生情况,可进行临床推广应用.

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of sufentanil combined with propofol in small area minimally invasive surgery. Methods 86 patients who underwent small-area minimally invasive liposuction from April 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group (43 cases) and experimental group (43 cases). The control group was given combination of remifentanil and propofol, while the experimental group was given sufentanil and propofol. The MAP and heart rate of the two groups were compared before and during anesthesia. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. The incidence of complications such as nausea and vomiting, respiratory depression, and postoperative agitation were compared between the two groups. Results Before anesthesia, there was no significant difference in MAP and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05). At anesthesia, the MAP and heart rate of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of anesthesia in the control group (69.77%) was lower than that of the experimental group (90.70%)(P<0.05). The complication rate of the control group (23.26%) was higher than that of the experimental group (6.98%), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of sufentanil combined with propofol in the small area minimally invasive liposuction is effective. It can maintain the vital signs of patients during operation, and can reduce the complications such as nausea and vomiting. It can be promoted in clinic.
