微信平台联合延伸护理对外踝骨折术后关节功能的影响

Effect of WeChat platform combined with extended nursing on joint function after the surgery of lateral malleolus fracture

目的探讨微信平台联合延伸护理服务对外踝骨折关节功能的影响.方法回顾2017年10月~2018年10月我院骨科外踝骨折患者60例,将采用微信平台延伸护理服务前后各30例分别作为对照组和观察组,比较两组术后功能锻炼依从性和踝关节功能评分.结果两组术后第6周、第8周功能锻炼依从性比较,对照组分别为(33.36±8.35)分、(30.54±8.79)分,观察组分别为(38.64±8.45)分、(38.39±8.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.44,P<0.05;t=3.50,P<0.01);两组术后第6周、第8周踝关节功能评分(疼痛、功能及活动度)比较,对照组分别为(70.35±8.57)分、(72.45±8.46)分,观察组分别为(76.47±8.37)分、(81.57±8.48)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.79、4.17,P<0.01).结论运用微信平台延伸护理服务能显著提高外踝骨折患者功能锻炼依从性,促进踝关节功能恢复.

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat platform combined with extended nursing service on the joint function of lateral malleolus fracture. Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, 60 patients with lateral malleolus fracture in the department of orthopaedics of our hospital were reviewed. 30 cases each before and after the extended nursing service by WeChat platform were used as the control group and the observation group respectively. The compliance with postoperative functional exercise and ankle joint function scores were compared between the two groups. Results The functional exercise compliance at the 6th week and the 8th week of the two groups after surgery was compared. The score in the control group was(33.36±8.35) and (30.54±8.79), and the score in the observation group was(38.64±8.45) and (38.39±8.57). The differences were significant (t=2.44, P<0.05;t=3.50, P<0.01);ankle joint function scores (pain, function, and mobility) were compared at the 6th and 8th week after surgery between the two groups. The scores in the control group was (70.35±8.57) and (72.45±8.46), respectively, and the scores in the observation group were (76.47±8.37) and (81.57±8.48). The differences were significant (t=2.79, 4.17, P<0.01). Conclusion Application of the WeChat platform for extended nursing service can significantly improve the functional exercise compliance of patients with lateral malleolus fracture and promote the recovery of ankle joint function.
