综合舒适护理在多胎妊娠孕妇早期行选择性减胎术中的应用研究

Application of comprehensive comfort nursing in selective embryo reduction in the early stage of multiple pregnancy patients

目的探讨综合舒适护理在多胎妊娠孕妇早期行选择性减胎术中的应用研究.方法选取2016年1月~2019年1月间我院生殖医学科多胎妊娠孕妇40例,通过随机数字表法方式分为两组,每组20例.两组患者均接受早期行选择性减胎术,将使用一般护理者设为对照组,而使用综合舒适护理者设为观察组,并将两组护理满意度与生活质量评分进行比较.结果经护理前,两组生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经护理后,观察组物质生活、社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%).结论将综合舒适护理应用于行早期选择性减胎术多胎妊娠孕妇期间所起到的临床效果较为显著,更适于临床实际护理中.

Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive comfort nursing in selective embryo reduction in the early stage of multiple pregnancy patients. Methods A total of 40 pregnant women with multiple pregnancies were selected from January 2016 to January 2019 in the Department of Reproductive Medicine, People's Hospital of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. They were divided into two groups(20 cases/group) by random number table method. Both groups underwent selective embryo reduction in the early stage. The patients with the general nursing were set as the control group, and the patients with comprehensive comfort care were set as the observation group. The results of two groups were compared. The indicators were nursing satisfaction and quality of life score. Results Before the nursing, there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After the nursing, the material life, social function, physical function and physiological function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%). Conclusion The application of comprehensive comfort nursing in the early stage of selective embryo reduction in multiple pregnant women has significant clinical effect, and it is more suitable for extensive clinical practice.
