“甜蜜管家”APP在糖尿病延续护理中的应用效果

目的分析“甜蜜管家”APP在糖尿病延续护理中的应用效果.方法选取2016年1月~2018年1月符合标准的126例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为APP组与对照组,每组63例.对照组实施电话随访,APP组则采用“甜蜜管家”APP进行延续护理,对比两组患者随访前及随访3个月时的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白.结果干预后,APP组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、检测依从性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论“甜蜜管家”APP应用在糖尿病的延续护理中效果显著,可有效改善血糖、血脂等代谢指标,提高治疗依从性.

Objective To analyze the application effect of "Sweet housekeeper" APP in diabetes continuous nursing. Methods A total of 126 patients with diabetes who met the criteria from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the APP group and the control group, with 63 cases in each group. The control group was followed up by telephone. The APP group was treated with “sweet housekeeper” APP for continuous nursing. The fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, total cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein were compared before and at 3 months after follow-up. Results After intervention, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, total cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein, low-density lipoprotein, and test compliance in the APP group were superior to those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of “Sweet housekeeper” APP is effective in the continuous nursing of diabetes, which can effectively improve the metabolic indexes such as blood sugar and blood lipids and improve the treatment compliance.
