个性化护理对风湿骨病科患者护理满意度的影响

Analysis on the Influence of Personalized Nursing for Nursing Satisfaction of Patients in Department of Rheumatism and Bone Diseases

目的:探讨个性化护理对风湿骨病科患者护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月山东大学齐鲁医院风湿骨病科收治的患者128例作为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组患者仅进行常规护理(入院后介绍疾病相关知识、院内环境及制度等,协助完成各项检查,密切观察病情,定时测量呼吸、血压、脉搏等指标,告知住院事项,遵医嘱应用药物治疗),观察组患者进行个性化护理(营造良好病房环境、针对性健康宣教、防跌倒护理、个性化疼痛护理、个性化药物指导、针对性心理疏导、个性化输液管理、个性化饮食指导)。干预后比较2组患者的疼痛评分、护理质量评分、住院时间、护理满意度和护理不良事件发生率。结果:干预4周后,观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,护理质量评分高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对健康教育、住院环境、护理操作、服务态度的满意度评分及总评分均显著高于对照组,不良事件总发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施个性化护理能缓解风湿骨病科患者的疼痛程度,改善护理质量,促进病情康复,提高护理满意度,减少护理不良事件,值得推广。

Objective: To explore the influence of personalized nursing on the nursing satisfaction of patients in department of rheumatism and bone diseases. Methods: A total of 128 patients in department of rheumatism and bone disease in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group and observation group with 64 cases in each group according to the order of admission.The control group were with conventional nursing after admission to introduce disease related knowledge,hospital environment and system,assist to finish the inspection,closely observe the illness,timing measurement indicators such as breath,blood pressure,pulse,told in the hospital,application of prescribed medication),the observation group were with individualized nursing care,and create a good environment for ward,targeted health education and care in the fall,personalized pain nursing,guiding of personalized medicine,targeted psychological counseling,personalized transfusion management,personalized dietary guidance).Then the pain scores,nursing quality,length of hospital stay,nursing satisfaction and nursing adverse events of two groups after intervention were compared. Results: The pain score of observation group at 4 th week after after intervention was significantly lower than that of control group,the nursing quality score was higher than that of control group,the hospital stay was shorter than that of control group,the satisfaction scores of health education,hospitalization environment,nursing operation and service attitude and total score were significantly higher than those of control group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of personalized nursing can alleviate the pain degree of patients with rheumatic bone disease,improve the quality of nursing,promote the rehabilitation of the condition,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce adverse events in nursing,so it is worth promoting.
