睡眠护理管理对脑梗死患者病情康复速度的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Sleep Nursing Management on The Recovery Speed of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的:研究睡眠护理管理对脑梗死患者病情康复速度的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年4月福建医科大学附属宁德市医院收治的脑梗死患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组进行常规护理管理,观察组进行睡眠护理管理。比较2组的睡眠质量、生命质量以及住院时间。结果:观察组的各项睡眠质量(睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率)评分均低于对照组,观察组的各项生命质量(社会支持、健康感觉、日常生活、活动能力)评分均高于对照组,且观察组的住院时间为(12. 40±3. 15) d,短于对照组(14. 32±3. 38) d,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在脑梗死患者护理中应用睡眠护理管理,能够提升患者的睡眠质量与生命质量,并能缩短患者住院时间,促进患者尽快康复,值得推广应用。

Objective: To study the effect of sleep nursing management on the recovery speed of cerebral infarction patients. Methods: A total of 98 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to ningde hospital affiliated to fujian medical university from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 patients in each group.Routine nursing management was carried out in the control group,and sleep nursing management was carried out in the observation group.The quality of sleep,quality of life and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results: observation group the sleep quality,sleep disorders,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency)scores were lower than the control group and observation group of the quality of life(feelings,social support,health,daily life activities ability)score were higher than the control group,and the length of hospital stay with the observation group is(12.40±3.15)d,shorter than the control group( 14.32± 3.38)d,the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: the application of sleep nursing management in the nursing of cerebral infarction patients can improve the quality of sleep and life of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible.
