摘要
失眠主要表现为睡眠质量低、早醒、入睡困难、睡眠维持困难、第2天醒后乏力、精神不振等症状。近年来,失眠的非药物治疗越来越得到医学界及社会其他健康产业的关注,其中失眠的认知行为疗法为首选的治疗方法,该方法通过行为的控制调整,目的是重新建立新的睡眠模式。在整个认知行为治疗中,认知和行为的调整改变一直贯穿其中。失眠患者往往有不合理的信念和认知,过度担忧焦虑,甚至恐惧失望抑郁,因此认知的改变是整个治疗的关键。我国传统儒家道家在身心哲学上有独特的见解,儒家关注人的社会属性,主张养气正心,修身养性;道家注重人的自然属性,追求心气合一,顺势随性。儒道互补的身心观对于失眠患者科学认识自我,合理改善睡眠有极大的借鉴启发意义。
The main manifestation of insomnia is low sleep quality,weakness after awakening,early awakening、difficulty in falling asleep、difficulty in maintaining sleep,low spirits in the next day and so on.In recent years,Non-drug treatment of insomnia has attracted more and more attention from medical profession and other social health industries.Among them,cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia is the preferred treatment,This method is adjusted by behavior control,The goal is to re-establish new sleep patterns.The whole cognitive behavioral therapy,cognitive and behavioral adjustment changes have been throughout the process,Insomnia patients often have unreasonable beliefs and perceptions.Excessive worry and anxiety,Even fear,disappointment and depression,Therefore,cognitive change is the key to the whole treatment.Traditional Confucianism and Taoism in China have unique view on the philosophy of body and mind.Confucianism pays attention to the social attributes of human beings.Advocating the cultivation of breath and mind and cultivation of self-cultivation;Taoism pays attention to the natural attributes of human beings.To pursue the unity of mind and spirit and to follow nature.Confucianism and Taoism complementary physical and mental view has great reference and enlightenment significance for insomniacs to understand themselves scientifically and improve sleep quality.
