针对性护理干预对改善结直肠癌术后生命质量和睡眠质量的效果

Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Improving Quality of Life and Sleep Quality After Colorectal Cancer Operation

目的:研究针对性护理干预对改善结直肠癌术后生命质量和睡眠质量的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月福建省级机关医院收治的预计生存期均在半年以上的直肠癌手术患者94例作为研究对象,按照手术先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组的护理方案为常规护理,观察组的护理方案为针对性护理干预,比较2组患者的生命质量评分与睡眠质量评分。结果:观察组患者的生命质量评分高于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组,2组数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:为结直肠癌手术患者开展针对性护理干预,对提升患者生命质量、改善睡眠具有重要帮助,值得推广。

Objective: To study the effect of targeted nursing intervention on improving postoperative quality of life and sleep quality of colorectal cancer. Methods: A toal of 94 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our department were divided into two groups according to the order of operation.The nursing program of the control group( n =47)was routine care,and the nursing program of the observation group( n =47)was targeted.Nursing interventions were compared between the quality of life scores and sleep quality scores of the two groups. Results: The quality of life scores of the observation groupwere higher than the control group,and the sleep quality score was lower than the control group.The data of the two groups were compared( P <0.05). Conclusion: Targeted nursing intervention for patients with colorectal cancer surgery is of great help to improve patients′ quality of life and improve sleep.It is worth promoting.
