循证护理对鼾症手术患者术后并发症及睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Evidence-based Nursing on Postoperative Complications and Sleep Quality of Patients with Snoring Surgery

目的:探究循证护理对鼾症手术患者术后并发症及睡眠质量的干预效果。方法:选取2016年4月至2018年4月福建医科大学附属南平第一医院手术治疗的鼾症患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组进行常规围术期护理,观察组在此基础上进行循证护理,比较2组患者的术后并发症情况及睡眠质量评分。结果:观察组并发症发生率(2. 86%)明显低于对照组(17. 14%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);护理前2组的睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后2组的睡眠质量评分均降低,且观察组的评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:循证护理可有效控制鼾症手术患者的术后并发症及改善睡眠质量。

Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on postoperative complications and sleep quality of patients with snoring. Methods: A total of 70 patients in nanping first hospital affiliated to fujian medical university with snoring from April 2016 to April 2018 were operated on were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,the observation group received evidence-based nursing on this basis,and the postoperative complications and sleep quality scores of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results: the incidence of complications in the observation group(2.86%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality score between the two groups before nursing( P >0.05),while the sleep quality score between the two groups after nursing was decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference( P <0.05). Conclusion: evidence-based nursing can effectively control postoperative complications and improve sleep quality of patients with snoring.
