立体聚焦护理干预用于乳腺癌化疗患者睡眠障碍的效果观察

Effect Observation of Stereoscopic Focused Nursing Intervention on Sleep Disturbance in Patients with Breast Cancer Chemotherapy

目的:分析立体聚焦护理干预用于乳腺癌化疗患者睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月福建省三明市第二医院普外科一区收治的乳腺癌化疗睡眠障碍患者118例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组59例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行立体聚焦护理干预。比较2组患者睡眠障碍的前后变化,额外比较2组护理满意度、护理依从性。结果:2组患者的睡眠质量均得到改善,观察组较对照组改善更明显。观察组患者护理满意度、护理依从性较高,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:立体聚焦护理干预用于乳腺癌化疗患者护理工作中,可改善患者睡眠障碍情况,也能提升患者的护理满意度和护理依从性。

Objective: To analyze the effect of three-dimensional focused nursing intervention on sleep disorder in patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A Total of 118 cases of patients with sleep disorders due to chemotherapy for breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received stereoscopic focused nursing intervention.The changes of sleep disorders before and after were compared between the two groups,and the nursing satisfaction and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results: The sleep quality of patients in both groups was improved,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group than in the control group.The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance,and the above differences were statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion: Three-dimensional focused nursing intervention for breast cancer patients with chemotherapy nursing work,can improve the sleep disorders of patients,but also improve the satisfaction of nursing and nursing compliance.
