无创正压通气治疗阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者临床疗效观察

Clinical Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome in Respiratory Medicine

目的:观察无创正压通气治疗阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的疗效,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法:选取2017年11月至2018年10月福建三明市永安总医院南院区呼吸内科收治的OSAS患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。2组均接受常规治疗。观察组增加无创正压通气治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后呼吸指标均优于对照组。观察组治疗后睡眠质量评分优于对照组。观察组满意度高于对照组。结论:无创正压通气治疗用于呼吸内科OSAS患者的治疗,可有效改善其睡眠期间的呼吸功能,减轻其痛苦体验。

Objective: To analyze the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)in the department of respiratory medicine. Methods: A total of 78 patients with OSAS were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group.Both groups received routine treatment.Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation was added in the observation group. Results: The respiratory index of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation can effectively improve the respiratory function during sleep and alleviate the painful experience of patients with OSAS in the department of respiratory medicine.
