EFFECT TESTING TECHNOLOGY FOR SURFACE PRE-GROUTING OF LARGE UNDERGROUND CHAMBER

摘要 为检验某大水矿山破碎硐室及下部矿仓地表预注浆工程注浆段的注浆帷幕形成情况,在注浆质量控制难度大、容易存在质量问题的薄弱部位,以代表性的注浆孔作为质量检查孔,通过合理设计和严密组织,利用压水试验对帷幕注浆效果进行了检验。根据注浆前后的测算涌水量,合理判断了开挖时间和施工方案,使得开挖后的实测总水量仅为8.3m^3/h,达到了预期效果,证明利用压水试验检查注浆帷幕的效果是科学有效的,既降低了工程造价,也取得了良好的经济和社会效益。 In order to check the formation of grouting curtain in the grouting section of surface pre-grouting engineering of broken chamber and lower mine silo in a large water mine, representative grouting holes are used as quality inspection holes in the weak parts where grouting quality control is difficult and quality problems easily exist. Through rational design and strict organization, water pressure test is used to test the curtain grouting effect. According to the water inflow calculation before and after grouting, the excavation time and construction scheme are reasonably judged, so that the total measured water volume after excavation is only 8.3 m 3/h, which achieves the expected effect. It proves that the effect of checking grouting curtain by water pressure test is scientific and effective, which not only reduces the construction cost, but also achieves good economic and social benefits.
