摘要
为生产高品质GCr15轴承钢,河钢石钢对现有的60t转炉+LF+VD+CC工艺流程进行了技术研究及设备优化。通过严格控制原辅料中的钛含量和钢包的使用,进行炉后钢水扒渣操作,采用高铝系高碱度精炼渣,优化精炼过程参数及连铸设备优化改造等一系列措施,产品氧含量可达6ppm以下,Ti含量≤13ppm的产品合格率达到95%以上,同时夹杂物不合比例在0.5%以下,实现了低氧洁净轴承钢的稳定生产,可为国内同类转炉工艺生产高品质轴承钢提供宝贵经验。
In order to produce high quality GCr15 bearing steel, the technical research and equipment optimization for the existing process flow of 60 t converter+LF+VD+CC is carried out. By strictly controlling the titanium content in raw and auxiliary materials and the use of ladle, carrying on the slag picking operation of molten steel after furnace, adopting the high aluminium and high alkalinity refining slag, optimizing the refining process parameters and transformation of continuous casting equipment, the oxygen content of the product can be less than 6 ppm, the qualified rate of the product with Ti content ≤13 ppm is more than 95%, and the non-conformity ratio of inclusions is less than 0.5%. The stable production of low oxygen clean bearing steel is realized, which can provide valuable experience for similar process in China.
