摘要
分析了钛微合金化生产的热轧盘圆抗拉强度远低于目标值的原因,并提出了优化措施。认为当冶炼过程中氮元素过高并且工艺控制不当时,氮元素与钛元素形成氮化钛夹杂物,使得轧制过程中起强化作用的钛元素数量变少,从而影响到产品力学性能。通过采取一系列控制手段,该问题得到有效解决。
The reason why the tensile strength of hot rolled disc produced by titanium microalloying is far below the target value is analyzed, and the optimization measures are put forward. It is considered that when the nitrogen element is too high and the process control is improper in the smelting process, titanium nitride inclusions are formed between the nitrogen element and the titanium element, which reduces the amount of titanium element that plays a strengthening role in the rolling process, thus affecting the mechanical properties of the products. By adopting a series of control measures, the problem has been effectively solved.
