摘要
传统企业似乎与智能时代有着一个巨大的鸿沟,尽管大部分的传统企业都已经走上了向智能化转型的路,但是这些传统企业却依然在用工业时代的逻辑运行着自己的企业。智能时代对于传统企业而言,最大的挑战是在于创造顾客价值的方式完全改变,无论是与顾客沟通的方式,还是为顾客创造价值的方式都不再遵循着传统产业逻辑展开,如果传统企业不能真正理解到这一点,就无法真正实现转型。迎接智能时代,不仅仅要在理念和观念上有认知,最重要的是要理解打造出一个新的能力体系,借助于能力体系改变本身实现企业的转型。因此本研究首次提出六个关键能力要素组合在一起的“传统企业转型能力体系”,以期能为企业数字化转型提供借鉴指引。
Traditional enterprises seem to have a huge gap with the intelligent age. Although most of them have embarked on the road of intelligent transformation, they are still running their own enterprises with the logic of the industrial age. For traditional enterprises, the biggest challenge in the intelligent era is to completely change the way of creating customer value. Both the way of communicating with customers and the way of creating value for customers no longer follow the traditional industrial logic. If traditional enterprises can't really understand this, they will never truly realize the transformation. To meet the era of intelligence, the enterprises should not only recognize the concepts, but also understand how to build a new capability system and realize their transformation by improving themselves through the system. Therefore, this study puts forward for the first time the "traditional enterprise's transformation capability system" which combines six key capability factors, in order to provide reference and guidance for enterprise's digitalized transformation.
