美托洛尔联合地尔硫卓对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效

Efficacy of metoprolol combined with diltiazem on unstable angina pectoris

目的观察美托洛尔联合地尔硫卓治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2018年10月于乐山市人民医院就诊的106例UAP患者,采用随机数表法分为A、B两组,每组53例。A组患者在常规治疗基础上加服美托洛尔,B组患者在A组基础上加服地尔硫卓。连续治疗4周。比较两组患者心绞痛发作频率和持续时间、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,B组患者治疗后心绞痛发作频率低于A组,心绞痛持续时间短于A组,LVEF高于A组,LVESD、LVEDD小于A组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。A组和B组不良反应发生率分别为1.89%(1/53)、3.77%(2/53),两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合地尔硫卓可有效提高UAP临床疗效,改善患者心功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of metoprolol combined with diltiazem on unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods A total of 106 patients with UAP who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Leshan from August 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled in group A and group B, with 53 patients in each group. Patients in group A were treated with metoprolol on the basis of conventional therapy, and patients in group B were given diltiazem on the basis of group A. The treatment lasted for 4 weeks. The frequency and duration of angina pectoris, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD), and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris in group B was lower than in group A, the duration of angina in group B was shorter than in group A, LVEF in group B was higher than in group A, LVESD and LVEDD in group B were lower than in group A, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B was 1.89%(1/53) and 3.77%(2/53), respectively.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with diltiazem could effectively improve the clinical efficacy of UAP and improve the heart function of patients.
