芪苈强心胶囊联合二丁酰环磷腺苷钙对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭的疗效

Clinical efficacy of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure

目的探究芪苈强心胶囊联合注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙对冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法选取2014年4月至2018年3月西华县中医院收治的86例冠心病并慢性心力衰竭患者,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。对照组接受注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗,观察组接受芪苈强心胶囊+注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗。观察对比两组治疗前后左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果治疗后观察组LVEDD水平低于对照组,LVEF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合注射用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙应用于冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者,可有效改善心功能,降低血清BNP水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure admitted to Xihua Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2014 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcium dibutyryl cyclophosphate for injection, while the observation group was treated with Qili Qiangxin capsule plus calcium dibutyryl cyclophosphate for injection. The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the level of LVEDD in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(both P<0.05). After treatment, the level of serum BNP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with calcium dibutyrylcyclophosphate for injection can effectively improve cardiac function and reduce serum BNP level in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure.
