背景音乐联合助产士一对一全程陪伴模式在初产妇分娩中的应用价值

The value of background music combined with midwife one-on-one full-time companion mode for primipara childbirth

目的探讨背景音乐联合助产士一对一全程陪伴模式在初产妇分娩中应用效果。方法选取2016年12月至2018年8月在胶州市人民医院分娩的98例初产妇,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受助产士一对一全程陪伴,并于分娩时播放背景音乐。比较两组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、心率差、总产程、产后2h出血量,以及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇VAS评分、产后2h出血量、心率差低于对照组,总产程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。对照组和观察组护理满意度分别为81.63%(40/49)、95.92%(47/49)。观察组产妇对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围生期助产士一对一全程陪伴联合分娩时背景音乐的播放,可有效减轻初产妇分娩时疼痛、心率差、产后出血量,缩短总产程,提高产妇护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of background music combined with midwife one-on-one full-time companion mode for primipara childbirth.Methods Ninety-eight primiparas born in Jiaozhou People's Hospital from December 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The primiparas in control group received routine care.The primiparas in observation group were accompanied by a full-time midwife one-on-one on the basis of control group,and background music was played during childbirth.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,heart rate difference,total labor time,2 h postpartum hemorrhage,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS score,the 2 h postpartum hemorrhage and the heart rate difference in observation group were lower than those in control group,the total labor time was shorter than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of control group and observation group were 81.63%(40/49)and 95.92%(47/49),respectively.The satisfaction of the nursing group in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The midwife's one-on-one full-time companionship in the perinatal period and the background music during childbirth could effectively alleviate primipara's pain,heart rate difference,postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the total labor time,and improve nursing satisfaction.
