加减血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

Clinical effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on unstable angina pectoris

目的探究加减血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2016年3月至2018年4月于邢氏中医就诊的106例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、心绞痛持续时间、心绞痛发作频率、血清三酰甘油、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白水平。结果对照组和观察组治疗总有效率分别为62.26%(33/53)、81.13%(43/53).观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,心绞痛发作频率、血清三酰甘油、胆固醇水平低于对照组,血清高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用加减血府逐瘀汤辅助治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛可有效提高临床疗效,减轻患者心绞痛症状,改善血脂水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 106 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were admitted to Xing's Chinese Medicine Clinic from March 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in control group and observation group according to random number table method,53 cases each.The patients in control group received routine treatment,and observation group received Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,duration and frequency of angina pectoris,serum triglyceride,cholesterol,and high-density lipoprotein levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of control group and observation group were 62.26%(33/53)and 81.13%(43/53),respectively.The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris was shorter in observation group than incontrol group,the frequency of angina pectoris,serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels were lower than those in control group,serum high-density lipoprotein level was higher than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris could effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the symptoms of angina pectoris and reduce blood lipid levels.
