社会工作作为我国一项利于民生的工作形式,从欧洲被引入我国只在我国政府和民间团体的大力开展之下取得了长足的进步。在社会工作的进展过程中,由于我国发展社会工作职业化的进程较为缓慢并且时间较短,而且我国人数众多,所以在社会工作行政化过程中出现了一些问题。怎么解决这些问题,成了我国社会工作行政化转型的重要问题。中国特色社会主义发展下的社会工作性质需要符合中国的国情以及政府和民间团体之间的合作协调性较好。
