基于新工科建设和“卓越计划”目标下的师资队伍探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Teaching Team based on New Engineering Construction and Goal of "Excellent Plan"

新工科建设和"卓越计划"目标的实现,成功与否取决于建设一支能胜任其工作需求的师资队伍。本文针对目前我校给排水科学与工程专业师资队伍发展中存在的问题,系统地分析如何解决这些问题。结合我校专业建设实际,按照新工科建设和"卓越计划"目标下师资队伍要求,从人才引进和业务培训、企业兼职师资队伍建设、工程教育师资队伍团队建设和制定有效合理的制度等方面进行分析和探索,为新工科建设和"卓越计划"实施的高校队伍建设提供参考。

The success of the new science construction and the goal of "Excellent Plan" depends on the construction of a teaching team. This paper systematically analyses how to solve these problems which existing in the development of teachers of water science and Engineering in our university. According to the requirements of teaching team under new engineering construction and "Excellence Plan" goal and Combined with the major practice of our university, the introduction of talents and professional training, the construction of part-time teaching team in enterprises, the construction of engineering education teaching team and the formulation of effective and reasonable of systems and policies is analyzed and explored. It provides reference for other university teams of new engineering construction and "excellent plan" implementation.
