摘要
本文通过对专业科技网站及大众媒体中的科技话语的分析,探讨零翻译策略在科技话语翻译中的应用,发现零翻译策略不仅辅助还加强了西方科技话语的强势地位;同时总结出通过借鉴零翻译策略在西方科技话语翻译中的应用途径促进中国科技品牌在国外的推广。
The paper focuses on the application of Zero Translation strategy to technological translations from professional websites and mass media. It can be concluded that Zero Translation strategy strengthens the western technological discourse power and it is also helpful to promote Chinese technological brands by using Zero Translation strategy.
