摘要
本文基于柯氏评估模型的原理和方法,通过对柯氏模型进行改进,对大学图书馆智库馆员(为智库服务的馆员)的培训过程进行全面系统分析,尝试构建一套满足智库馆员培训评估需要的行为层评估指标体系,采用行为评价量表法、调查问卷法及实践任务法等最常用的行为层评估方法,促进大学图书馆智库馆员培训评估工作的科学化和规范化,并提出了完善馆员培训行为层评估体系的实施措施,进而提高大学图书馆智库馆员培训的质量和实施效果。
Based on the principle and method of Koch’s evaluation model, this paper makes a comprehensive systematic analysis of the training process of the university library think tank librarian(the librarian serving the think tank) by improving the Koch’s model, and tries to construct a behavioral evaluation index system that meets the training needs of think tank librarians, and use the most commonly used behavioral evaluation methods such as behavior evaluation scale method, questionnaire method and practical task method to promote the scientific and standardized training and evaluation of university library think tank librarians, and put forward the implementation measures to improve the librarian training behavior evaluation system,and the quality and implementation effect of the university library think tank librarian training.
